Easy Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method you used to place the order. The refund amount will include the original purchase price minus shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.

Our internet transactions are conducted via secure connections. This includes the transfer and receipt of your personal information.

Shipping Policy

In order to insure a fast and safe delivery we use FedEx, UPS, & USPS shipping services. The merchandise you purchase is usually shipped within 24-48 hours, once shipped you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order (NOTE: Spyder Auto products have a return policy of 14 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.). The following rules apply:

-    Products must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
-    Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
-    Repackage items carefully as damage during shipping is buyer’s responsibility.
-    Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
-    All returns must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid RMA form.
-    Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment of the order.
-    Restocking fees may apply.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Manufacturer reserves the right to deny or issue partial credit. No credit if merchandise is abused or improperly installed. All items go through an extensive check and are carefully packaged. However, should any package appear damaged, please note at time of delivery and make claim with the responsible carrier. Please be sure to check the number of cartons against the packing slip/freight bill at time of delivery. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise or no claims shall be accepted. The customer will be responsible for payment of any damages or shortages not reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.

Please let us know which item(s) you would like to return and why. You will receive an email with an RMA form attached. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing since we may be waiting for a manufacturer’s response.
Note: RMA numbers are only good for 30 days. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product back to us with in the allowed time.

Refunds & Credits

After accepting your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method you used to place your order. The refund amount will reflect the original purchase price minus shipping charges and or any restocking fees that may apply. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
DNMC Inc. will not refund any labor charges or installation fees under any conditions.
DNMC Inc. will also not offer reimbursement for any damage occurring during installation or any other use of a product.

Back Orders

In the case that all or part of your order contains items that are backordered, we will ship the in-stock items and notify you about the status of your remaining order. Once the backordered items are available, they will be shipped and we will provide you with updated shipping information.
Should you wish to have a backorder cancelled, please email a cancellation request. Back order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment.

Warranty and Disclaimer

Manufacturer warranties apply to all products. Please contact us with specific questions.

SPEC D Tuning return policies:

Items sold are on an as-is basis. Warranties that apply may be limited manufacturer warranties. SpecD Tuning, disclaims all warranties expressed or implied. We also do not authorize anyone to assume liability in connection with these items.
In no event shall we be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, income or profits, arising out of or in connection with the purchase of your merchandise, without limitation, breach of any obligation imposed on us hereunder or in connection herewith, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
All merchandise is aftermarket and intended for off-road or show purposes use only. Buyer assumes responsibility for violations of local laws and rules that may result from use of merchandise. Please check your local laws and research the item to make sure you are purchasing the correct items. We will not be responsible for any legal issues arising from the usage of any items.
Euro Clear Lighting is produced for Off-road or Show purposes only. It is not suitable for regular driving conditions since it is without "DOT" or "SAE" approval. Users must follow the directions given and any misuse of the Euro Clear Lighting products is at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for using the euro clear lighting products other than specified above.
All products are highly recommended to be installed professionally. We do not provide any installation assistance, otherwise provided, is (are) for reference only. We will not be responsible for any installation problems, installation fees that may be incurred during the installation of any products sold, or products damaged during the installation process.
Some products may vary slightly due to lighting, picture angles, or alternate manufacturers. Most products would not be affected except for gauges, which may have variations in font, mph or tachometer settings. You agree to these terms by conducting the transaction. We are not responsible for any custom/brokerage fees, taxes or duties related to international order. We reserve the right to refuse to service, and or cancel any order at any time, for any reason. You will be notified about the cancellation either by email or phone. If we have already received your payment we will fully refund you for the payment received.

The pictures, graphics and texts in this website are property of SpecD Tuning. None of these materials should be used without our written consent. Unauthorized use of these materials may lead to criminal or civil lawsuits.
We reserve the right to change prices without previous notification, and price adjustments will not be applied to your original order. Please note that actual products may differ slightly from picture. We are not responsible for typographical, pricing, product information, advertising or shipping errors. We reserve the right to update the policies and conditions displayed on this website, without notification, and you agree to be bounded by them at any time.

Spyder Auto return policies:

Shortages & Damages

1.Inspection of shipments is the responsibility of the customer. Damage or shortages need to be reported by the customer to the carrier at the time of delivery and noted on the bill of lading. Any claims not reported within 48 hours of delivery will not be honored.
2.Spyder Auto needs to be notified of any items that are damaged during shipping. Claim process may take up to 21 days.
3.Do not deduct shortages from invoices when making payment.
4.The customer will be responsible for payment of any damages or shortages not reported within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.

Returns

1.All returns require an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number authorized by Spyder Auto. All authorized returns will be made on a freight-prepaid basis, including insurance, by the customer and will be subject to a 20 % restocking fee.
2.Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. All returns will be issued as credit, not a refund, and may only be applied to a 2/1 (two for one) offsetting order. Non-defective items are not eligible for return or exchange after the 30 day period.
3.RMA number must clearly be displayed on the return label or box.
4.Items returned without an approved RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
5.Items to be returned must be received by Spyder Auto within 30 days from issue of an RMA number. 6.An account must be current to be eligible for returns.
7.Item must be in original packaging and in new resalable condition.
8.Any item that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
9.Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred to and from Spyder Auto.
10.Returned items must be boxed and shipped in a manner so as not to be damaged in transit. Damage to boxes or product due to packaging will result in a re-box charge or loss of credit for that product.
11.Authorized returnable products should be shipped prepaid to Spyder Auto. Spyder Auto does not accept collect shipments for any returns.
12.Any overages of product received but not listed on the RMA will not be credited.
13.Product that is returned and determined to be non Spyder Auto product will not be credited, nor returned to the point of origin. Parts will be scrapped.
NO EXCEPTIONS. After 30 days, the RMA is void.
Any items containing manufacture defects or mislabeled items (missing parts, incorrect color, same side items, etc) must be reported to your assigned sales representative within 14 days from day of receipt. Spyder Auto will only issue a return label within the 14 day period. Items reported after the 14 day period will be shipped back at customer’s expense.

Warranties/Defective Items

1.Any Spyder Auto products that are found to be defective are covered for a period of 90 days following the original purchase date.
2.All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Please keep all boxes, warranties and owner’s manuals when you receive them. They are very important in the event merchandise is damaged, becomes defective or needs to be returned.
3. Spyder Auto will warrant that your product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the original consumer purchaser for ninety days from the original purchase date. This limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper installation, road hazard, accident, racing, misuse, alteration or normal wear and tear. This limited warranty does not cover vehicles used in racing or competition or vehicles with settings other than those set forth in the original manufacturer’s specifications. 
4.Cost of installation and labor is not covered in the warranty. Spyder Auto shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages and/or injuries from the result of use of its parts.
5.Any item that is returned as defective, and found to be non-defective will have no credit issued and part will be returned at sender’s expense.
6.Spyder Auto reserves the right to send replacement components for warranty/defective issues in the field.
7.All defective items returned to Spyder Auto and verified to be defective will receive item credit. Please note that manufacturing defects are subject to the terms and conditions of Spyder Auto’s warranties.
8.Items found to be defective within 90 days will have a return label issued by Spyder Auto. Any items found to be defective after 90 days will be shipped at the customer’s expense.
9.RMA number must be displayed on return label or box.
10.Warranty items returned without an approved RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
11.Spyder Auto will not be responsible for any freight charges incurred outside of the 48 states.
12.Spyder Auto does not provide return labels for international shipping.

Stainless Steel Limited Lifetime Warranty

1.Spyder Auto offers the original purchaser a limited lifetime warranty from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover shipping damage, misuse, mishandling, road hazards, product modifications, or discoloration. This warranty does not cover cost for installation, removal, labor or shipping. This warranty only applies to new products installed on the original vehicle. The warranty covers the replacement or repair of any part or parts that are defective and returned to Spyder Auto with an RMA number.
2.Warranty claims cannot be determined until returned goods are inspected.
3.If you live in an area that uses salt or other harsh chemicals for snow or ice removal, it is very important that you keep your bars clean. If you allow salt or other harsh snow and ice chemicals to stick to your bars, this may cause your bars to rust or dis-color prematurely and will void your warranty (warranty will be voided under product neglect).  Keep your step bars, Grille & Bull bars clean of salt and other snow removing chemicals.
4.DO NOT use any chemicals, even those meant to protect the product, without first consulting Spyder Auto, first. Failure to do so will void the warranty.
5.Spyder Auto’s warranty specifically excludes defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, submersion, theft, vehicle crash, or by any other type of impact.

Black Powder Coat Warranty

1.Spyder Auto offers the original purchaser a 3 year warranty from defects in material and workmanship on all powder coat finishes from the original date of purchase.
2.This warranty does not cover shipping damage, misuse, mishandling, road hazards, or product modifications. This warranty does not cover cost for installation, removal, labor or shipping. This warranty only applies to new products installed on the original vehicle.
3.Warranty claims cannot be determined until returned goods are inspected and approved.
4.Spyder Auto’s warranty specifically excludes defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, submersion, theft, vehicle crash, or by any other type of impact.

Installation

All products are recommended to be installed professionally. We do not provide any installation assistance. YouTube clips and installation instructions provided by the manufacturers are for reference only. We will not be responsible for any installation problems, installation fees that may be incurred during the installation of any products sold, or products damaged during the installation process.
Seibon products require professional installation. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fit. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons. All carbon fiber products will not sustain any force or weight, for they could be cracked by such force or weight. Seibon has made an effort to produce all its aftermarket products to fit the original factory vehicles as closely as possible. However, some occasional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation. If the buyer wishes to paint the products, he/she must pre-fit the parts to the vehicle before painting to ensure proper fit. There are absolutely no returns on painted products.

Shipping damage

All products are packaged carefully to prevent damage during shipping. However, damage may still occur occasionally. Buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt in the driver’s presence. Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier’s damage inspection. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer’s right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnifies the carrier as well as manufacturer from any further damage claims. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Errors

If the consignee receives an incorrect item due to shipper error, consignee must inform shipper within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Arrangements will be made to pick up and ship the correct item(s) at no additional charges.

Contingencies

DNMC Inc shall not be liable for any failures to produce product to buyer when the cause of such failure is the result of the forces of nature, labor disputes, supplies or material shortage, acts of local, state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of business.

Terms of Service

The laws of Texas govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website, and using our services/buying our products, you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Texas courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of DNMC Inc to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as a waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision. These Terms and Conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied or supplemented except in writing and signed by duly authorized representative of DNMC Inc.
